I bought this red light therapy torch mainly for convenience. I already use a larger panel at home, but wanted something I could throw in my bag for when I’m at the gym or traveling, and this little device does the trick.
What I love most is how portable and lightweight it is. It takes up no space and charges quickly. I’ve used it on my wrist and shoulder after workouts, and it gives a nice, gentle warmth without getting too hot. You can tell it’s doing something because it helps reduce that tight, sore feeling I get from training.
I am pretty happy with this little redlight therapy wand. It is bright and seems like it works well. It comes with different attachments to do different targeted therapies, which is really nice. I’ve used red light therapy with success on different parts of my body but this will be great for targeted harder to reach places (at least with the panel I already have). For metal body equipment that is bulky and cold, I prefer this one. It feels great, lightweight, and easy to use continuously for 2 minutes
One of the biggest plus points about this unit is the portability of it. It comes in a nice durable case that keeps everything contained and safe. The unit is small and everything is pretty lightweight to easily take it anywhere with you. No excuse to miss a session now!
Quite powerful equipment. I started to use it on my back. I experience quick pain decrease. How many weeks do I need to use for long term effects for joints? Thanks.
